Experienced osteopath you can trust with your care

If you’re dealing with pain or injury, choosing the right practitioner matters.

At Osteoworks, every osteopath follows a clear approach — so you get consistent, effective care no matter who you see.

Chris has been an AHPRA registered Osteopath since 2015, after graduating from Victoria University.

He has worked in private practice both here in Melbourne and Brisbane since graduating. He also spent 12 months at the Western Bulldogs AFL club completing his internship during his final year of university studies. As well as this, Chris spent 3 years working overseas on the LPGA tour, working with professional golfers from all around the world.

Chris enjoys using a variety of hands on techniques including (but not limited to) massage, stretching, articulation, manipulation (HVLA) and dry needling, as well as incorporating specific rehabilitation and mobility based exercises to create a holistic treatment plan.

Apart from osteopathy, Chris can be found spending quality time with his young family. He loves his footy, and is always trying new things to keep himself fit and active.

“I love that I am constantly learning from my patients. Helping people manage their pain and helping them understand the nature of their injury. Empowering them with the knowledge and the tools to move through life, better than when they first walked through the door!”

Who we help?

Many people come to us after adjusting their lives around pain - relying on medication, avoiding activity, or being told it’s something they have to live with.

We’ve helped people all across Melbourne, including:

✔ Active people recovering from injury or chasing performance
✔ Professionals dealing with back and neck pain
✔ People with repetitive strain and work-related injuries
✔ Parents managing ongoing pain and fatigue
✔ Older adults wanting to stay strong and independent
✔ People rebuilding after surgery

What Is An Osteopath?

Osteopaths are Government Registered Health Practitioners responsible to the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Board. We complete five years of university education and additional continuing professional development to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent painful musculoskeletal disorders. Using a range of manual techniques, including massage, stretching and joint manipulation. More specifically, we relieve pressure on postural areas by understanding and applying the mechanical principles of your posture. Those specific to you because no two people have the same spine or shape.

How Can We Help You?

Our happy patients say that enjoying the things they love again without fear of injury and not having to endure daily pain is what they love most about Osteopathy.

Before treatment (like you), they tried the "wait and hope" approach to pain relief. They thought giving it time, resting, and hoping for the best would work. But days, weeks and sometimes even months passed by, and nothing changed. In some cases, it got worse.

But they finally bit the bullet and came to Osteo Spine & Sport.

Now, they feel even better than they did before the pain started.

Does That Sound Like You?

We know it’s tempting to pop pain pills or anti-inflammatory medication, so you can “carry on” when you have work responsibilities and children to look after. You don't have time for sickness – and the pills help you manage the pain and mask the symptoms. Perhaps you even (mistakenly) believe that nothing can be done. “It’s just old age”. We get it.

But pain meds, even when they're just over the counter, have negative health consequences if you take them for a long time. They don't solve your problem either. They only enable you to put off seeking treatment for a while.

Don’t do that.

Your health is far too important.

Let us help you the natural way.

If pain has been lingering, recurring, or limiting your life - we can help.

Osteo Spine & Sport has grown through word of mouth and long-term results.

Our team of osteopaths follow a clear standard of care — so you can feel confident you’re in good hands, regardless of who you see.
